Chantal Sagnes is a strategic brand marketer with over a decade of agency and client-side experience. In 2024, she was identified as one of the top 50 high-performers across the Omnicom network nationwide. 

As VP Group Account Director at GSD&M, she has led winning pitches and ran national accounts across health care, hospitality, jewelry, retail, and food & beverage. She also proved out a new project-to-retainer based model for the agency.

While client-side, she branded and launched the first fully digital and subscription-based bank in Belgium, aptly referred to as the “Netflix of banking.”

Prior to that, she opened Bailey Lauerman’s Los Angeles office where she served as Managing Director and led their top clients. She also launched their first global campaign, stretching the work across 13 European markets.

She built Co:Collective’s Business Development department, resulting in top-line revenue growth of 71% from 2015 to 2016 and a record streak of 12 winning pitches. While there, she also led the Infiniti business globally and managed profitability across the department, leading to an average of 56% margin YoY.

Chantal received her MBA in France and is an ambassador for Women in Innovation, supporting the growth of women at every level of leadership.

She’s French, but has never had a sip of coffee in her life. She lives in Austin, Texas but still can’t say “y’all” with a straight face.
